Regulations

It is extremely important to us that all people visiting the Rebel Electric website have good experiences and are fully aware of their legal rights and obligations related to using the rebel-electric.com service.

1. DEFINITIONS

  1. Terms and Conditions - this document defining the rules of using the rebel-electric.com service
  2. Rebel Electric - an online service operating in the rebel-electric.com domain, owned by CraftCv Company based in Poznań, using the tax identification number NIP 739-363-21-07 and REGON 302748236. Contact details: email support(at)rebel-electric.com
  3. User - a person who has registered with the Service under the terms specified in the Terms and Conditions;
  4. Service - whenever the Terms and Conditions mention the Service, it is synonymous with the rebel-electric.com service
  5. Login – unique email address of the User in the Service indicated during registration
  6. User account - an individual, electronic account registered by the user on the rebel-electric.com website, identified by a unique password chosen by the user (consisting of at least 4 characters) and a unique, active email account, which is also an entry in the user database of the rebel-electric.com service
  7. Vehicle Card – an individual, electronic vehicle card assigned to the User's account in the rebel-electric.com service. The User can voluntarily complete the Vehicle Card at any time while using the service.

2. GENERAL RULES

  1. Rebel Electric is a social media website that brings together fans of electric vehicles.
  2. Each person is required to familiarize themselves with the Service Terms and Conditions before using the Service.
  3. Using the rebel-electric.com service does not require payment.
  4. Rebel Electric Service provides users with a range of features such as:
    • The ability to add your own profile, electric vehicle card, along with photos and description
    • The ability to browse other users' profiles
  5. The administrator of personal data collected on the rebel-electric.com website is CraftCv - Radosław Panas. The data is processed in accordance with the law. More information can be found on the Privacy Policy page.
  6. The Administrator reserves the right to use the graphic files sent by the User as part of completing the Vehicle Card for marketing purposes. This mainly concerns photos of the vehicles themselves (without the owner's image) for promotional purposes on our Instagram, Youtube channel (Rebel Electric or Taba) and Facebook fanpage (Rebel Electric Polska).
  7. The Service reserves the right to place advertisements for goods and services of third parties on the Service website, in forms used on the Internet.
  8. All errors and problems with the normal functioning of the service should be reported by the User through the contact form.

3. TECHNICAL CONDITIONS

  1. Using the Service requires meeting the following technical requirements:
    • Internet connection,
    • using platforms: MS Windows 7, 8, 8.1, Vista, MS Windows XP, iOS 7.0, Android 4.4 or newer versions,
    • using the following web browsers: Mozilla FireFox 35.X, Google Chrome 40.X or newer versions.
    • using up-to-date Javascript software,
    • an active email account

4. REGISTRATION

  1. Registration and creation of an account on the rebel-electric.com website is voluntary and free of charge.
  2. In order to create a User Account, the User must complete Registration.
  3. The necessary conditions for registering a User account are:
    • filling in the registration form, in which the appropriate fields should contain:
      • email address, which will be used to identify the User in the Service (login)
      • account access password,
      • acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement;
      • expressing a desire to receive the newsletter electronically (optional)
  4. Providing a false email address will prevent the creation of an account.
  5. During registration, the User provides a unique email address, which becomes the login to the service, through which they will be identified in the rebel-electric.com service database.
  6. During registration, the User creates an individual password for their profile. The only person who knows the password is the User, and they are responsible for its storage and undertakes not to pass it on to third parties, in particular to those who could use the password for purposes contrary to the idea of the service.
  7. During registration, the User undertakes to provide their own email address, which will be used for communication between them and the rebel-electric.com service. In particular, new passwords for the User Account will be sent to this email address in case the User loses their password for the account on the rebel-electric.com website.
  8. Rebel-electric.com Service is not responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of messages to the email address provided by the User. In particular, when the address is incorrect, belongs to a third party, or anti-spam software prevents the delivery of email messages.
  9. By registering, the User agrees to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883 as amended) on the principles set out in the Privacy Policy of the Service, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the proper provision of the Service.

5. USER ACCOUNT

  1. Each user of the rebel-electric.com website has an individual User Account identified by a unique email address provided during registration.
  2. The account created on the rebel-electric.com website is created for an indefinite period.
  3. Rebel-electric.com reserves the right to delete a User Account without giving a reason, especially in the case of the User violating these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The User undertakes to publish only true information about themselves on their account. It is forbidden to create accounts and publish information on behalf of third parties.
  5. A User may have more than one User Account on the rebel-electric.com website.
  6. The User can delete their account and data from the Service at any time. Just go to 'My account' and confirm the permanent deletion of the account from the Service. Deleting an account from the service on your own will mean that the same email address cannot be registered again in the Rebel Electric Service.
  7. It is forbidden to share a User Account with third parties.
  8. It is forbidden to use the User Account for commercial purposes beyond normal use consistent with the nature of the service.

6. USE OF THE SERVICE

  1. The User is entitled to use the resources of the Rebel Electric Service exclusively for their own use. It is not allowed to use the resources and functions of the Internet Service for the purpose of conducting commercial activities by the User or activities that would violate the interests of the Service.
  2. Any attempts to affect the stability of the service are prohibited.
  3. Any criminal activities, especially hacking activities, are prohibited.
  4. Any actions violating intellectual property rights are prohibited.
  5. It is forbidden to publish false information within User Accounts.
  6. It is forbidden to publish information about third parties without having the appropriate authorization.
  7. All actions that could destabilize the operation of telecommunications networks, in particular the operation of the rebel-electric.com service, are prohibited.
  8. It is forbidden to publish content that is contrary to the law, in particular content of a pornographic nature, promoting violence, and violating generally accepted customs.
  9. It is forbidden to publish photos and graphics without the appropriate copyright.
  10. Duplicating profiles of other users is prohibited.

7. LIABILITY

  1. For technical reasons such as power outages, interruptions in access to the computer network, computer system failure, software errors or interruptions caused by system maintenance - access to the service may be temporarily suspended without prior notice.
  2. The operation of the global Internet network depends on the services of many entities. Rebel-electric.com has no influence on the operation and availability of the Internet.
  3. The user of the wrebel-electric.com service undertakes not to involve the company owning the Service in any disputes of a legal and financial nature in which the Service is not a party.
  4. Rebel Electric Service is not responsible for any losses resulting from the correct or faulty operation of the service, in particular for interruptions in its operation.
  5. The company owning the Service undertakes to cooperate with authorized state authorities as a result of actions taken against the User as a result of a crime committed by him or suspicion of committing a crime.

8. ADD VEHICLE

  1. To create a Vehicle Card, the user must be logged in
  2. The user can change the data on the Vehicle Card and change/add photos to the gallery.
  3. All data entered while filling out the Vehicle Card is stored in the Service's database.
  4. The user agrees to publish the data on the Vehicle Card at the time of its creation.
  5. The user agrees to the use of data from the vehicle card (especially images) by the Service for promotional and marketing activities of the Service. This refers to sharing photos in our marketing channels such as:
    • Facebook Fanpage (Rebel Electric Poland)
    • Instagram account (Rebel Electric)
    • Youtube Channel (Rebel Electric and Taba)

9. HANGAR

  1. Rebel Electric Service offers users Hangar - which is a database of all added Vehicle Cards.
  2. Hangar has a search engine categorizing electric vehicles
  3. The service plans to add more categories of electric vehicles
  4. From the Hangar position, you can access any Vehicle Card in the service (provided that you choose the appropriate filter)

10. NEWSLETTER

  1. Subscribing to the newsletter is optional.
  2. The newsletter is sent to the email address registered by the Customer and contains information related to the current activities of the Service Provider (e.g., information about services, news, articles).
  3. Receiving the newsletter is free of charge, and it is sent electronically in the form of an email.
  4. To enable the Service Provider to deliver the newsletter, it is necessary for the Customer to consent to receiving the newsletter electronically by ticking the appropriate box in the registration form.
  5. A registered Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by filling out the appropriate form. Unsubscribing from the ''Newsletter'' service is possible at any time after logging into your account on the Rebel Electric website and ticking the checkbox with the content ''I agree to receive the newsletter'' or ''Subscribe to the newsletter [without SPAM]''

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. The copyright and other intellectual property rights related to the graphic design (layout) of documents created by rebel-electric.com belong to the owner of the Rebel Electric website.
  2. Reselling, making commercial use of, or sharing on the Internet the documents (or designs based on them) requires the consent of the owner of the Rebel Electric website.

12. APPLICABLE LAWS

  1. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.

13. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Rebel Electric reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without giving any reason for the change. The user is obligated to monitor changes to these Terms and Conditions and, in case of non-acceptance of the changes, is obligated to cease using the services provided by the service and delete the User Account.
  2. In case of changes to the Terms and Conditions, the service will inform the Users by publishing a consolidated text of the Terms and Conditions on the page https://rebel-electric.com/regulations and by indicating the date of the last update at the end of the regulations.

14. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Rebel Electric reserves the right to modify the functionality of the website and to change its operating rules, in particular, to cease operations. As a result of such actions, Users are not entitled to any claims against the company owning rebel-electric.com.
  2. All disputes between the Company owning the Rebel Electric website and another entity will be settled by the court competent for the seat of CraftCv Company - Radosław Panas.
