  • Rebel Electric is an online service bringing together people interested in electric vehicles.
  • The service performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
    • Through voluntarily entered information in forms.
    • By saving cookies in end devices.

2. Information in forms.

  • The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
  • The service may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address)
  • Profile data is not disclosed to third parties other than with the user's consent.
  • Data provided in forms may be passed on to entities technically performing certain services – in particular, this applies to the transfer of information to payment services or other entities with which the Service Operator cooperates.

3. Who is the administrator of your data and what do we do with the information we collect?

The data controller of Rebel Electric is CraftCv - Radosław Panas, based in Poznań (Poland). We use the information we collect to provide our services only for purposes related to the operation and promotion of Rebel Electric.

Why is CraftCv the data controller of Rebel Electric?
CraftCv is an online portal founded and owned by Radosław Panas. CraftCv has existed since 2015 and has been an independent portal with its own registered database since its inception. The Rebel Electric database is not an integral part of the CraftCv database. They are separate units but with one administrator.

For this purpose, we need to use information about you to:

  • Identify you when using Rebel Electric, edit your data, and process your transactions
  • Provide the best services on the Rebel Electric website, including:
    • The ability to add your own electric vehicle profile, along with photos, technical parameters, and description
    • Ability to browse other users' profiles
    • Ability to contact other users of the service
    • Ability to respond to your questions, comments, and your feedback or participation in surveys.
    • Ability to add an event to which other users will be invited
    • Ability to browse the list of events to participate in
    • Ability to report Shops, Services, Showrooms, Constructors to the administrator to expand the ''Electro Map'' database
    • Ability to browse lists in the ''Electro Map'' database
    • Ability to mark your vehicle as ''for sale''
    • Ability to browse the list of vehicles for sale
  • Handle and manage administrative activities in Rebel Electric

During the use of Rebel Electric, we may ask you to provide certain personal data that may be used to contact you or identify you. Personal data may include, among other things, first and last name, email address, date of birth, home address, etc.

We also have a legitimate interest in improving Rebel Electric, maintaining appropriate relationships with you, and protecting our users.

When we use information about you, both you and we benefit.

  • collect statistics on people using Rebel Electric and their activities. For example, if we obtain information about the frequency of use of two different versions of a feature, we can learn which one is better

  • delete your account at any time. After deleting your account, your data will be removed from the public Rebel Electric user database.

5. How long do we store information about you and who can we share it with?

The information you provide is visible only to you. Rebel Electric does not publish or share personal data with third parties. At your discretion, you can decide to publish your data. Rebel Electric stores your data as long as you have an account with Rebel Electric - you can delete it at any time.

We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer user-identifying information to third parties. Note: this does not include tools and services of third parties that may be used to send information about existing, new, or upcoming features and news about Rebel Electric. We always make every effort to ensure the security of the data.

6. How do we protect data?

We implement various technical measures to ensure the security of your personal data and order placement. We offer the use of a secure, dedicated server with maximum Anti-DDoS protection (technology to neutralize hacker attacks). Personal data is accessible only to persons with written authorizations and are obliged to maintain confidentiality.

We also use secure SSL encryption, which is the currently required standard for online portals.

7. Transmitting information about you:

Rebel Electric is a service available worldwide. By using Rebel Electric, you authorize us to store information about you outside the borders of the country in which you live, for the purposes described in these policies.

This means that the physical servers of the Rebel Electric service are not located in Poland.

8. What are the legal bases for processing your data?

The legal basis for processing your data is the necessity to use the Rebel Electric service. The processing of your data will be based on your voluntary consent. Your refusal determines that you cannot use Rebel Electric.

9. Our policy regarding information about children:

Persons under 18 years of age cannot use Rebel Electric. If you live in the EEA, you can use Rebel Electric only when you are of the age at which you can give consent to data processing according to the law applicable in your country.

14. Changes to the Privacy Policy

  1. Rebel Electric reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy without giving any reason for the change. The user is obligated to monitor changes to this Privacy Policy and, in case of non-acceptance of the changes, is obligated to cease using the services provided by the service and delete the User Account.
  2. In case of changes to the Privacy Policy, the service will inform the Users by publishing a consolidated text of the Privacy Policy on the page and by indicating the date of the last update at the end of the policy.
