• By saving cookies in end devices.

2. Information in forms.

• The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.
• The service may also save information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address)
• Profile data is not disclosed to third parties other than with the user's consent.
• Data provided in forms may be passed on to entities technically performing certain services – in particular, this applies to the transfer of information to payment services or other entities with which the Service Operator cooperates.

The data controller of Rebel Electric is CraftCv - Radosław Panas, based in Poznań (Poland). We use the information we collect to provide our services only for purposes related to the operation and promotion of Rebel Electric.

Why is CraftCv the data controller of Rebel Electric?
CraftCv is an online portal founded and owned by Radosław Panas. CraftCv has existed since 2015 and has been an independent portal with its own registered database since its inception. The Rebel Electric database is not an integral part of the CraftCv database. They are separate units but with one administrator.

For this purpose, we need to use information about you to:

• Identify you when using Rebel Electric, edit your data, and process your transactions
• Provide the best services on the Rebel Electric website, including:
• The ability to add your own electric vehicle profile, along with photos, technical parameters, and description
• Ability to browse other users' profiles
• Ability to contact other users of the service

• Ability to add an event to which other users will be invited
• Ability to browse the list of events to participate in
• Ability to report Shops, Services, Showrooms, Constructors to the administrator to expand the ''Electro Map'' database
• Ability to browse lists in the ''Electro Map'' database
• Ability to mark your vehicle as ''for sale''
• Ability to browse the list of vehicles for sale
• Handle and manage administrative activities in Rebel Electric

Rebel Electric stores your data as long as you have an account with Rebel Electric - you can delete it at any time.

Note: this does not include tools and services of third parties that may be used to send information about existing, new, or upcoming features and news about Rebel Electric. We always make every effort to ensure the security of the data.
